Sadly it afflicts all cadres, I can now understand Mzee Moi when he said ' mtu hata akinyimwa na Bibi anasema ni Moi!!' Walikuwa wamemchosha.
Uki-investigate utapata the people who complain the loudest themselves produce NOTHING. Absolutely NOTHING. Kazi nikuleta book theories about governance and economic development kwa mtandao but kwa ground mtu hana hata a quarter of an acre under sukuma.....................

Interesting, I'd have thought the USA was the leader - guess it is from all that footage on TV while there's virtually no films about farming in, say, Russia.
The US is the 'leader in everything coz of their advertising' na kujipiga kifua. This was a fact 5 years ago in a TV program called Newsroom

In early 2000s, there were so many wheat plantations around my area. Ata hizi sides za olkalou. Saizi it's hard finding any. Labda narok. Not sure what went wrong that people are no longer interested
Cheap imports and climatic changes. Agriculture is also labour and capital intensive, also needs a lot of goverment investment but policy makers are business men in Kenya. Hedging on countries failures and vulnerabilities.
