How, as commission has said, there is no law that gives a pass to persons with dis-ability!
Did he have the right number of signatures of registered voters from 24 counties as per the law?
It's not about disability. There's a law about data protection. Personally I can't give any candidate a copy of my ID no matter how I support them, and the court had earlier quashed this requirement.

Una confuse kesi ya Kigame na ya Aukot, Aukot ndio kesi yake ilikuwa kuhusu scanned copies za I.Ds za proposers, his case from where I sit was valid. Problem is the courts are also issuing orders too late in the game

Then it means wafula chebukati had absolutely zero reason not to admit him. Issue ya disability inakujia wapi jameni. He was not contesting to represent the disabled, nor was he seeking special favours because he is disabled

Have you read where it says that it was the court's view that Kigame had demonstrated exemplary effort in complying with the law and the 1013 signatures (out of prescribed 48000!) would suffice?

Aukot has called him some choice words

That is the IEBC side. Kigame says he submitted all the signatures. He says they didn't even bother to look at his documents. I hope you litsen to aukot giving a similar explanation. They simply denied him the audience to present his documents
