@Okiya , you've been talking about managing your weight for years now. Don't you think it's time you took a firm approach to it?

Implement small but permanent changes instead of going for big showy declarations every couple of months then backsliding again.

Small incremental changes have a larger effect in the long term than start stop strategies fuelled by motivation/feelings. Consistency is key.

Join a gym with a boxing session for sparring with a coach.... Makes you burn calories like hell and on the flip side you become good at self defense

How are you able to satisfy your wives if you're overweight? The problem was you all along,not wife numero uno
