WTF is going on!?

Hii kijiji iko na psychologist sambambu it's plain to see that there's a drastic rise in the awful happenings in our society of late.

Who's to blame...lack of mentorship, substance abuse, poor economy, lack of morality accompanied by shunning religion...why are we in this situation and how do we address it?

So many questions, barely any answers.

Points of research should be on recidivism, should we embrace diversion in the criminal justice system and how is reintegration effective after exit from the cycle of cjs.

recidivism
I had to gugu this. Is the rate high in Kenya.. I though the tough state of our prisons make people never wish to go back there.

for me its simple.

the walls that have been holding us back and shielding us from our true selves are collapsing and we are going back to our default settings.
the rules and laws we follow were made to make civilization livable. remove them and we go back to our animal instincts.

as they say, What separates US from ANIMALS is Rules/Laws.

(but is this an increase in the crimes or an increase in reporting the crimes?)

if this is true, should we legalize Euthanasia/Assisted Suicide?

What are euthanasia and assisted suicide?

Euthanasia and physician-assisted suicide refer to deliberate action taken with the intention of ending a life, in order to relieve persistent suffering.
In most countries, euthanasia is against the law and it may carry a jail sentence. In the United States, the law varies between states.
Euthanasia has long been a controversial and emotive topic.
Euthanasia and assisted suicide
Assisted suicide: Is it an act of compassion?
The definitions of euthanasia and assisted suicide vary.

One useful distinction is:

Euthanasia: A doctor is allowed by law to end a person’s life by a painless means, as long as the patient and their family agree.

Assisted suicide: A doctor assists a patient to commit suicide if they request it.
