Where is the hustler aka DP Ruto

Deputy President William Ruto has not showed up at the Covid-19 Conference held at KICC. He was expected to address the nation alongside ODM Leader Raila Odinga, Health CS Mutahi Kagwe, CoG Chairperson Wycliff Oparanya, the leaders of the Parliament and the super CS Fred Matiang'i

His seat which was allocated next to Raila Odinga had to be removed by the organisers since the original hustler did not show up.

Interior CS Fred Matiang'i had to invite the president for his opening speech in which he opened the conference. The DP's duty was to welcome the President after he had delivered his speech.

The invites doing rounds on Social Media shows that the DP was actually invited

How many people attended that conference?, what were the outcomes of that conference? Who in Kenya actually gave a fuak about that conference? Was the country opened after that conference? Have schools been opened after that conference? Was Kenya given a road map after that conference? did that conference talk about the missing covid billions?
