A 36-year-old man was on Monday evening stabbed to death by administration police (AP) officer after catching him in bed with his wife in Gilgil, Nakuru County.

The police are curently probing the matter which saw the victim succumbed to his injuries shortly after being rushed to a local hospital for emergency treatment.
According to police OB number xx/31/26/10/2021 filed at Gilgil police station, it was reported by one officer Jacob Akuja that on Monday at 6pm while coming back from work Administration Police Officer Wilson Onaya entered the room without knocking and found the two in the act.
The officer is said to have turned to have turned violent and reach out for a kitchen knife and stabbed the victim before he escaped.

Preliminary investigations indicates the duo had been dating for sometime behind bars before their forty days finally reached.
The lady is said to have fled leaving behind her lover at the hands of the rogue cop who decided to cut his life.

Security officers who visited the suspect's house, investigating police found red scattered on the walls and bed. This was processed by crime scene officers to be used as evidence.
The body of the deceased was transferred to Gilgil Sub-County hospital mortuary.
Police have launched a manhunt for the suspect who is still at large.

Amekua rogue tena? Some people are just plain ignorant of the law, even though he's an enforcer of the same. As long as it was not premeditated, you just need to argue your case out, prove that there was provocation and or you acted in self defense.
