People forget that LA has a huge Kale population because of the barracks. Otherwise, it's also the easiest constituency to be an MP of since it only consists of South C, Mada, Dam Estate, Ngei and those old houses huko juu, LA itself, Mugumoini, the new areas around Wilson, Karen and the National Park.
