Tough one, but 3rd party or not they must pay up.
Speaking of, I have considered doing a thread about insurance companies and how they've shafted their clients.
I was within earshot of a conversation between auctioneers complaining about Monarch and Xplico.
When it's auctioneers complaining, know that there are people who've been hung out to dry.
I've been there.

It is so sad that Kenyans have normalised these frequent HGVs’ accidents and don’t experience any outrage at wanton loss of life.
The Government is also sitting on it’s hands meaning nothing at all is being done about this outrageous loss of lives, livelihoods and properties.

In the first world countries such accidents are a rarity and are taken with the seriousness they deserve because no lives should be lost due to motor accidents and in any case accidents are not inevitable but mostly due to human error.
I think it is time we followed Sweden with it’s single digits fatalities annually or copy UK’s Zero tolerance to accidents or USA’s “Arrive Alive” because everybody should arrive at their destination safely and everybody should be at the Dinner table in the evening in their homes.
