I always tell you people ban the tiktoks and Netflixes from your households. Big tech algorithms are being used to get you addicted to your screens and shaping your world view.

Social media is one big experiment on a massive global scale whose outcome no one knows.

Did you know that Steve Jobs himself banned his own kids from using the iPad. Yet you get these devices for your kids without assessing the psychological impact it will have on them.

Teach your kids to love books instead. That's the only thing that will save this country, as you folks, the current generation, are essentially a write off

You cannot completely avoid especially since studying is now online ,but control or block out f social media is essential .

A good option for kids is to let them use a shared family computer, instead of giving them personal devices esp smart phones
