So there is a video doing rounds on tiktok which features a grieving girl.

The story goes that her dear mom passed away and was buried without her knowledge because she was doing her KCPE. This was done to "protect" her so she can concentrate on her exams.

Upon getting home she was informed that her mom was no more and they pointed out where she was laid to rest. It was at this point that someone recorded her reaction and posted it on tiktok with a meme caption on it that reads "after form 4 exams we told her mom died".

There are so many wrongs here that it is impossible to know where to start, one it was not right to keep the news from her, fuck the exams, but they may have scared that girl for life for not allowing her to mourn properly...and for a person to just record her reaction to the news, just shows what kind of selfish narcissistic people she is surrounded by assuming it was not a family member, even worse if it was a relative.

She can now mourn properly.
Just imagine what difference it would make in the girl's life if she failed the exams.

The only problem I have is with the idiot who recorded her reaction. And worse shared the clip. Fuck that one.

The decision to keep the death issue till after exam was alright and in sure was deliberate by her kins . They ought to be there when breaking the sad news and NEVER do any recording, it wrong and unacceptable, he trust in that family is compromised !

Social media is the worst catastrophe to ever happen to the world.
It has given power to the most stupid people.

2. Hold up everything until the day she finishes the exam
I know a situation where the family elected option 2
Girl scored was able to bury her dad and scored a B+

I always tell you people ban the tiktoks and Netflixes from your households. Big tech algorithms are being used to get you addicted to your screens and shaping your world view.

Social media is one big experiment on a massive global scale whose outcome no one knows.

Did you know that Steve Jobs himself banned his own kids from using the iPad. Yet you get these devices for your kids without assessing the psychological impact it will have on them.

Teach your kids to love books instead. That's the only thing that will save this country, as you folks, the current generation, are essentially a write off
