So these islanders woke up one morning in the Marshall Islands, north of Australia, and found a big boat stranded on one of their beaches.

Apparently, the darn thing had been drifting in the Pacific for months, and ocean currents from South America had brought it there.

Ku-investigate kidogo the islanders find the boat was carrying a record haul of cocaine - worth over Sh8 BILLION on the streets.

How does that happen?

I am just thinking, imagine what happened to the poor souls that forgot to moor (tie) the boat to the harbour correctly in Colombia/Mekiko, allowing it to be swept to sea with all that dough.

Or if the darn boat had drifted all the way to our coast (the currents from north of Australia usually end up on the Eastern Africa seaboard).

Perhaps I need to be going more to the coast just to stare at the sea - there are fortunes out there for anybody with a keen eye..................
