It was reported that, he broke his leg when he jumped from the balcony, or may be they were drugged prior to the attack.

I'm surprised you haven't asked the presumption that magistrate used to declare him unfit to stand trial, what happens next concerning this matter. As an assignment read about mcnaughton rule.

Wachanga kujifanya msomi brare Njaruopithicus. A court can only declare a suspect unfit for trial after a psychiatric assessment. I.T WAS DONE. Once a court so declares, the suspect is held at a secure facility (prison, Mathare, etc) at the discretion of the president and/or until psychiatrists declare him not to be a danger to society.

In the case of this young man, he is unlikely to taste freedom EVER because the primary concern of the state will be his two surviving sistas.

The system is not stupid. It knows that if a boy can kill 5 people, he can kill 5 more....................

Mwarimo, I've drank beer for the last 40 years. If a weakling like this attacked me, even at my advanced age, my instinct will be to extinguish him, not to flee....................................

Kwanza eti nakunywa Balozi? Those bottles alone are like guided missiles...........................na stool pia, na meza, na hata kitanda.....................total war. I can't try to jump from the first floor fleeing from a 45 kg urchin never!

Isokei but did you take time to interrogate and internalize what i had asked you, hii mbio uko nayo ndio unachezewa huku na mandume ukiona umeangukia, mimi sio musomi Guka D- 😀😀😀, such person will always have a mention date in court plus medical reports till the court presumes he's sane.

Imagine bringing up a child only for him to not only kill you and your wife but other siblings !!!
How was he able to do it ? Were there others killers involved ?
