I beg to differ. If you spray a non-elective herbicide like what I recommended, it will dry your grass

Wacha kunyeshe, then when the weeds are a few cm tall, spray Glyweed. Once the weed dries, now plant your grass and water it faithful. Ukiona imeshika, apply CN and apply a very thin layer of red soil evenly. You will have an even green lawn.
This one is awaiting some red soil.

You mentioned hacienda, I'm guessing sio pale makutano Junction, so it can, as long as you water the grass, it won't disappointed.
