The High Court has quashed Executive Order No 3 of 2020 unconstitutionally transferring Kenya Meat Commission from the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Irrigation to the Ministry of Defense.
Attorney General, Ministries of Agriculture...and Defense have 90 days to transfer back the re-assigned Ministerial Responsibilities. Youthful Advocate, Hosea Manwa continues scoring for LSK as Senior Counsel appointed by the eight struggle to compromise the rule of law.

The military should stick to their border defense duties. Siyo kuchinja ng'ombe. Already they have a big, unquestionable & untouchable budget.
 
Change the law and make it part of the DOD industrial complex.

BTW, cant we build our own national defense industrial capability? How did SA and NK do it?
