Josephine Nkirothe was on Monday morning charged with robbery after she was arrested on Sunday morning while trying to run away with 3 litres of cooking fat from his boyfriend house in Mwiki -Kasarani. According to Bonuface Oluoch, a caretaker who is a witness in the case, his tenant called him moments after waking up to find Nkirothe missing and when checked his room, he didn't find cooking oil. In her defence, Nkirothe claims she took the oil instead of requesting fare from her man.

As we have always maintained in these streets, Kenyan justice system is a case study of jokes and jest.
When you have a backlog of ten years horrific crimes cases, you do not bother yourself with frivolous, trivial and vexatious issues brought before the court.
The legal principle of de minimis non curat lex provides that Courts should not involve themselves with unimportant and insignificant cases such as the above.
No wonder Obado, Jowie and Babu Owino are still walking the streets despite being as guilty as sin.

God please help us.
