Spend less time looking for things to get mad at and actually look for information and interact with knowledgable people. Everything you are asking me is public knowledge, even Nyoro gave the figures. If you are too lazy to do the research usinisumbue please.

Why would you type so many words to say nothing while you could answer the same using 3 words since it is already public knowledge? What is common knowledge to your public is not to other publics.

It was not common knowledge to 'other publics' until Nyoro mentioned it. Something that has been in the works for over two years. You now consider it worthwhile because you think it is another stick to beat Ruto with.
