Alvin Chivondo, the serial shoplifter who was rescued by former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has committed the same offence again! This time round, the 21-year-old has been arrested for allegedly trying to steal maize flour from Naivas Supermarket along Ronald Ngala Street.
 
This week, we had a story about a judge who presided over a harambee for a shoplifting suspect before his court. That probably inspired this fellow.
