These gimmicks will only put the Ruto government in more trouble. Now not less than 5 million youths will have similar expectations. Worse still, these programs are borne out of crooked schemes. That means everyone involved will be trying to benefit in their own way. I would not be surprised if these items are distributed to only those who can offer bribes. The remaining five million youths won't exactly be understanding when their expectations are not met.
