I heard Matiang'i lamenting that the next Parliament will be full of wash wash conmen. And people were commenting that they do nothing about them. People don't understand that successful prosecution of a suspect esp when evidence can't be traced is very difficult, despite having intelligence of linking the suspects to crime. That's why they end up executing terror suspect because the courts will eventually release them.
My friend had a project with one of the guys working in JS office. Mans own lots of property within Nairobi, but every payment, transaction is always and must done in cash.
