What did he tell Parliament about stabilizing the economy?
Stabilizing is a process not an event, you cannot set a deadline for stabilizing the economy

What do you understand by "We have now stabilized the economy". Doesn't it mean the process has reached a successful conclusion?
What you understand depends on your capacity, what that means is that the economy is not under the debt distress it was under one year ago
