Jana nikiendelea na life, I noticed that KK Security have a fire truck and pick ups....do they ask people to pay first before extinguishing fires ama aje? How do they make their money since that company is a for profit company unlike government which will extinguish fires and not ask for anything???

And if they charge how much do they charge?

You pay just like insurance yearly fee. They cover you in case of anything. In a gated estate you subscribe depending on number of households , also some corporates do subscribe to it. They offer tailor made packages depending on area.

Mombasa kanju sends an invoice even if they come and find everything has been burnt to the ground. happened to my neigbor in 2015.
after investigation KPLC was at fault and they coughed up 7 millions as compensation

They sent an invoice to tour neighbour? And did kplc actually pay
