Graham possesses a strong, results-oriented background in management and operations, built through key roles in the hospitality and retail sectors:


  • Retail Operations & Management: At Hipora Business Solutions East Africa Ltd, Graham rose from Loss Prevention Manager to Regional Operations Manager. He successfully oversaw major retail assignments for multinational and national companies, including Nakumatt, Tuskys, Choppies, Quickmatt, Brookside Dairy, and Uchumi Supermarket, demonstrating exceptional strategic thinking and loss prevention expertise.
  • Education Advocacy: He is the Founder and Director of Twin Bird Junior School Ltd. After successfully reviving the school from near collapse due to post-COVID financial challenges, he has established it as a provider of quality, inclusive, and Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) education, focused on nurturing every child's full potential.
  • Hospitality Foundation: His career began in the rigorous hospitality sector, gaining valuable operational and service management experience at esteemed establishments like Bahari Beach Hotels, Milele Beach Hotel, Travellers Beach Hotel, and The Moorings Restaurant.

⚖️ Governance and Public Accountability Advocate​


Beyond business and education, Graham is a respected community rights and accountability advocate with a profound understanding of law and public service:


  • Legal Acumen: He successfully navigated and led a complex legal battle to protect his family from a KSh 9.7 million business debt, showcasing his remarkable resilience, strategic thinking, and determination under pressure.
  • Transparency & Reform:Graham's commitment to good governance is evidenced by his extensive public work in Taita Taveta County:
    • Authored 126 accountability articles and exposes.
    • Submitted over 20 public petitions advocating for citizen rights and transparency.
    • Designed 3 mock legislation models intended to guide better county governance practices.

🌱 Community Service and Environmental Stewardship​


Graham actively serves his community through multiple roles and initiatives:


  • Environmental Conservation: He is the Founder of Kuza Miti, a notable initiative promoting environmental conservation and tree planting across Taita Taveta.
  • Board Leadership: He served as the successful Chairperson of the Ngulu Kiweto Board (2022–2025) and currently chairs the Shimbo Secondary School Alumni – Class of 2003.
