So it seems we have a loophole where any killings that happen for political reasons are simply left uninvestigated.

Case in point msando was murdered and the police have never revisited that story, I have a feeling that the IEBC guy killed last week will not be investigated also despite him being taken in full public glare.

Is our justice system really that incompetent?

My neighbor Wahinya, a peasant was also killed a few year ago. Nobody has been found culpable.
Recently, another aged couple neighbors were killed. Still the same story.

I would say the incompetency isn't limited to (political) killings, it's across the board.

I think many murders are left unresolved, we have a lot of bodies that were found in various places but that's where the case end.
