But the claimant might have more damaging evidence in store for such eventuality. I am of the opinion that the writer did not just wake one morning and decide to paint that door.

Usually a guy like that is arrested and threatened with charges of 20 different offences to a point he agrees to apologize and promises never to do such shit again.
