Don’t dare speak too soon.
Going by what has happened with donated rusi-fertiliser which should be going for free but is being sold as subsidised fertiliser by Kenya Kwisha, I wouldn’t hold my breath.
 
The rot that moi caused in system itafanya hio plan will end up into agronomy shops owned by politicians
