Somebody's presidential candidate just holds press conference instead of offering clear and practical policy and marshalling their target demographic to register as voters. Incredibly politically lazy individuals.

Somebody's favourite politicians watches as the country retrogresses, unarmed youth are killed, our elderly die due to a shambolic health insurance scam and newborn kids have their lives taken too early by lack of immunizations.

One would think this is the first time "unarmed" youth are being killed, where elderly are dying actually because of a poor health system and where we are having issues with immunization medical supplies.
Meanwhile, somebody's favorite candidate is telling us the solution to all these things is arresting people, suing IMF and refusing to pay debt, terming it 'odious'.
Even the local guy in the village can tell this is all functionless kumbaya crap.

So you don't like it when Kenyans utilise their right to protest and neither do you like it when gentlemen like Maraga and Okiya use judicial and legislative means to call out your favourite blood-thirsty demigod?

First, doctors protest. Lecturers protests. Teachers protest. What we saw with GenZ and what Raila's supporters displayed on a regular basis are riots. Riots meant to cause instability leading to selfish political negotiations.
Second, I didn't say they can't use legislative or judicial means. They are free to do so. I said it is a pointless gamble that is 99.9% unlikely to yield any positive outcome, if any outcome at all.
I don't think you need to be president to sue IMF. Just like they are doing with their case on trying to have the courts declare our debt odious(since 2015 btw), let them pursue IMF and let's see if they get anywhere with that.
