A Kisii magistrate who was nabbed for hanging out with a lady now wants the prosecution barred from charging him.

The magistrate who said he is married and a father claimed the lady's birth certificate shows she is 22 and not 17.

He said the manager did not tell him about the age of the lady when she joined him for drinks.

Is he kisii by tribe? Since he works in Kehancha Law courts in migori county.
