Items will always have differing prices at retail outlets, which means customers are bound to believe whatever price is advertised. It is not unusual to find the same item going for prices that differ by a huge margin in different outlets. For one to flag the price of an item as suspiciously low, they need to conduct lots of research, which is not feasible for most consumers. Therefore, it is unreasonable to label victims greedy.

If you know that a Samsung TV costs 32k at the Walalo's shop, why would you expect an offer at 15k to be genuine? Tamaa tupu.
