Something I call the Ngei Syndrome. Misplaced entitlement leads to wrong decisions at critical times.

I don't think he's dumb. He's just unlucky that he doesn't have two things.

(i) A big support base- Kamba votes aren't many. In 2012 during G7 Uhuru chided Kalonzo that the trees on Mombasa highway are more than the votes he can bring. Even UDA last year told kalonzo that hana kura.

(ii) Money- Without money sahau the Kenyan presidency.
