This is the Chief Justice he’s asking to evaluate the president’s fitness for office.

He makes far too many promises he never delivers on, then keeps repeating the same promises e.g relaunching the same projects six times. In the end, his own fear becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.
As a biologist he should know this......
