I didn't mean it literally. I am talking about harassment by polic, being arrested on fake charges, kuitiwa KRA etc.

For example, this guy will probably be summoned to the DCI for 'incitement'. But it seems after the division of revenue bill and BBI was released they have toned down on those arrests
