Githurai MCA tenders resignation

I know the guy, he regrets being elected...some people still have principles and a conscience in their blood, he won't seek re-election....he is very much loved by the locals.
 
It simply means the man has a reputation he can't afford to lose. No need taking the blame for the games happening at city hole.
