Gavament People Priss Come Kidogo

Supply chain ya nyama is one of our worst inefficiencies. Why can't the judiciary focus on their buried while living dead? Who is THE victim in this so called government crime?
Ciku is always the victim against gavament crimes. Why doesn`t Konyagi see the need to consult Ciku on anything. Hii si nyumba yake

A loooong time ago my Dad always told me that,

Thirikaarii ni niii, nawee na uria uungi.

I have never understood up to date, but I am trying.
Many years ago Abe Lincoln said in the Gettysburg Address ........and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth. Konyagi replaces the people part with family name.

Gavament people @Clemens @Cabaye Captain what does Konyagi mean we are a nation of laws, is it when they are not an inconvenience to him?

A good judicial officer understands that the law however progressive can never be far removed from politics. Our activist judges are pretenders and are unwilling to confront issues that could backfire on then. Issues like abortion, issues like poligamy. Our activist judges would rather be caught fighting the government than be confronting the social ills that's the poor interpretation of the law.

And again we say the constitution IS NOT A LIST OF SUGGESTIONS it`s there to protect Ciku from excesses from the Executive. What`s so hard to understand that? You want to move KMC to the military, ask Ciku. You want to amend the Constitution involve Ciku. And a good judicial officer swore to uphold the constitution

I, ........................, (The Chief Justice /President of the Supreme Court, a judge of the Supreme Court, a judge of the Court of Appeal, a judge of the High Court) do (swear in the name of the Almighty God)/(solemnly affirm) to diligently serve the people and the Republic of Kenya and to impartially do Justice in accordance with this Constitution as by law established, and the laws and customs of the Republic, without any fear, favour, bias, affection, ill-will, prejudice or any political, religious or other influence. In the exercise of the judicial functions entrusted to me, I will at all times, and to the best of my knowledge and ability, protect, administer and defend this Constitution with a view to upholding the dignity and the respect for the judiciary and the judicial system of Kenya and promoting fairness, independence, competence and integrity within it. (So help me God.)

Priss gavament people @Clemens @Cabaye Captain what`s so hard in understanding this?

You are making a mountain out of a mole hill. It would have been possible to create MRE (Meals Ready to Eat) factory out of our DOD budget. That would have been out of our taxes going to buy land and develop infrastucture for equivalent of KMC facilities. Those KMC facilities are going to waste.

Why does the judiciary need to be brought and agree to a decision that purely executive or legislative?

Are those judges paid salaries? Where do those salaries come from?

A simple thing called Gavament Excesses bypassing the process

I'm a little older than Kinuthia. I find it mildly condescending when you put me in his basket. I prefer a more formal debate where we do not need to get personal or insult each other.

Some people said that you need to give a dog a bad name so that you can get an excuse to kill it.
Mdau, i was just making a Sarcastic comment.

You can never legislate against subjective morals. You may not like it, but your strong feelings against an issue is not law.

Haki good grammar ≠ good logic. Because, my friend, if that decision breaks the law, or if it requires an interpretation of the law, a court needs to be involved.

Tuju's logic. It's like a virus that has infected everyone defending Kenyatta! If courts rule against processes in the executive, persons in the executive take it personally.
