They do infact have a forensic lab.
But do they have a DNA data base for all Kenyans? Methinks not. Not even data of 10% of the populace.

But they are getting there I believe. With the number of paternity tests increasing by the day,they have a starting point to built a DNA data base.

They keep a database at the government chemist. So dna sequence from the crime scene is used to match that of suspects. And records retained even when the auspecta not nailed.
