Why does Tanzania still demand passports from Kenyans and other eac members' citizens on entry? Why do eac members still restrict the length of time a citizen of any member country can stay in a member state as a foreigner? How about work permits?

Halafu Tanzania and Rwanda are poised to benefit more from drc entry than the other mem. Uganda and Kenya will need to be more forceful in order to steal the cookie from those guys' jar. Hurry and finish building the railways and the roads before Tanzania finishes theirs!
