How else would you perceive someone who hangs around primary schools’ gates peddling wacky backy to impressionable children?
What possible justification would someone cite for dealing with children knowing very well that you are irreparably harming their future? Destroying and sabotaging society by poisoning future generations. It is in cases such as this that I agree with @Field Marshal that we should bring back the hanging.

Yes it does sir. I have a neighbour that's on a parmanent vegetative state kwa sababu ya phangi. Different people will have different reactions to bangi but I don't want my child anywhere near it. I take phombe but I will also stop him from getting it until he is an adult. That's not negotiable!

Probably yes, back 2002 kuna this guy who was selling KUBER to pupils kwa Primo yetu,wacha watoto wakae zombie kwa class! Unfortunately I was a partaker...venye mzae alijua aliongea na huyo jamaa alitusave sana. The guy used to owe a 'Studio'

I have never heard of someone getting addicted to weed. The only reason you see it being popular and widespread is because it is affordable and provides a cheap thrill.

Alcohol and cigarettes on the other hand are addictive but are.......legal?????🤔🤔

Huyo jamaa ni kumuekea 'wanted'. Many street peddlers are victims themselves.

I would rather that my kid doesn't do bangi. I would rather not have a pedler in my kids school gate. Nikipata yeye natumana kazi kwa @Pamba 1 personally. That's 10 years behind bars mkubwa. Some of us take it that seriously.
