I don't know where I said this, but I predicted Jagathi's goal is to follow in Raila's footsteps. Rejecting elections, unleashing goons and then negotiating peace with a handshake.

Fortunately for Kenya, Rigathi is a nobody as well as his friends in opposition. He is most likely going to be the first politician to be arrested and jailed by the courts. Unlike Raila who had a larger than life political profile, Rigathi won't have anybody in the streets fighting for him.

I was driving back to Embu when time I met them at Gachoka (in Mbeere South). I cannot swear that they did not go to Siakago as they could have used the Kiritiri route but the more direct route would have been to junction off at Muthatari on the outskirts of Embu town.
