I always take these stories with a spadeful of salt. I have been in a situation where medics in a private hospital were accused of negligence after the death of a 57-year old man who had suffered a massive heart attack.
Short of opening his chest and hooking him into a heart-lung machine awaiting a transplant, nothing could have saved him.

In this case, to give just one scenario, utapata mtoto alikuwa na pneumonia for several days wanampatia paracetamol akapata respiratory distress usiku wakasema wamkimbize hospitali. It can take less than 10 minutes for such a kid to die. Am not saying that this is what happened though....
