A police officer from Rangwe Police Station has been arraigned before a Homa Bay court charged with defiling a 15-year-old minor. The minor was among the candidates who sat for the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) examinations this year. Josephat Kiate Muindu was reportedly arrested at his house located within the police station compound where he allegedly committed the heinous act.
