Evening Drama as a Cop Ruthlessly Beats Up a Chief in Sagana
Detectives in Sagana, Kirinyaga county are currently holding a police officer after he ruthlessly beat up a local chief.
According to a police report seen by this reporter, OB xx/04/05/2022 at 1020hrs.
It is reported that after investigation of an assault case reported to Sagana police station.
it was discovered that Ali Sugow a police officer attached to kiagwaci police post had assaulted assistant chief kinya kiiru sub-location while the assistant chief was on duty with other two assistant chiefs.
Reports indicate that the chief sustained an injury on the left eye.
After his arrest a case file was opened and forwarded to the office of director of public prosecution kerugoya who advised that the officer be charged with the offence of assault.
