D- Arrested for stealing exhibits.

A police office based at Usenge police station in Bondo sub county in Siaya county was on Friday arrested in connection with theft of exhibits that were kept at the station.

According police report, constable Emanuel Nangoli stole one pair- men shoes size 40,one pair-men shoe size 41,one pair- men rubber,size 45,two pairs ladies shoes,two pairs-children shoes,two pairs shoes-universal and one metallic thermos flask.

Police report seen further stated that the exhibits were recovered at the officer's house after having been discovered to have disappeared from the office where they were stored.

The officer has been detained in lawful police custody and thorough investigations have been launched.

On the date of the case, they presented a different goat. Brown one
Complainant said that by rain, thunder or Mandera sunshine, that was not his goat
That is how my buddy walked off a free man

Juzi a trader was arrested with over one and a half ton of scrap metal.. He was supposed to be taken to court the next day. He was not. At around 11, he was given the keys to his Toyota Dyna and asked to drive home minus the cargo.

"Where are my goods?"

"Wewe nanii si uende uache maneno mingi! Sisi tunasaidia wewe na wewe unaleta kichwa? Na tena enda utafute pesa ya kulipa wale majamaa wametoa huo mzigo ulete hapa!"

There was one neega in Karatina who was arrested and charged with being drunk and disorderly and endangering the life of others by riding a bicycle while drunk(the cops created a none existent bicycle). He had refused to buy his freedom.
On the day of his arraignment,he pleaded guilty to all the charges as read in court. Before he was sentenced,he was asked whether he had anything to say in mitigation,he requested the judge to order that the police return his bicycle and that it be brought to the courts for him to collect it.
He was fined and the the judge also ordered that the police return the bicycle.
The furore that was in the police station when the orders were brought to the police station... OCS karibu afute arresting officers and the one who raised the charge sheet.
The cops just bought a new bike and took it to the court to hand it over...
