Two people have been arraigned at the Milimani Law Courts for leaking a CCTV footage of President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga on a night tour of Nairobi city centre on June 2nd 2020.
Patrick Rading Ambogo and Janet Magoma Ayonga are accused of unauthorised interception of computer data contrary to section 17 (1) of the Computer Misuse and Cyber Crime Act.
They denied the charges and were released on a bond of Sh 30,000 or an alternative cash bail of Sh 10,000 each.
The case will be mentioned on July 2, 2020.
