Nonsense. I have some property (a flat) hapo Juja and today we have water 24/7/365 and sewer thanks to Uhulu and his northern collector tunnel and the juja sewerage project. Saa hii ruiru, juja, Githurai and Thika are the fastest growing towns due to the water supply and sewer Uhulu put in place. Uhulu is just one among the millions of ruiru/Juja/Thika/Githurai residents benefitting from the projects. Uhulu alifanya kazi buana.
