Why are we surprised that he can't engage or insult intellectually? The guy failed his KCSE as an adult student, that should tell you that his mental faculties are sub par.
He obviously has more brawn than brain and is paid to attack the government and its functionaries.
He does a good job, although he occasionally crosses the line, I'll give that to him.
