The Hustler Nation Intelligence Bureau (HNIB) agents are reporting that:

1. A group of Azimio affiliated Secretary- Generals have been denied access to the AZIMIO agreement deposited with the Registrar of Political Parties.

2. The SGs were told to go to State House to get a copy of the agreement that they signed - but do not have an idea what is contained.

3. As they wait to get to State House, HNIB has decided to highlight some of the content in the Agreement as shared by sources.

4. The Azimio agreement creates an All Powerful Council Chairman - President Uhuru.

5. The obvious stuff in the agreement is - President Uhuru as Council chair has a deputy in Murathe, while Raila Odinga the Party Leader has no deputy.

The HIDDEN...

6. The agreement effectively hands President Kenyatta Co-President powers, in the event Raila Odinga is elected.

7. A President elected under Azimio will not be able to appoint Cabinet Secretaries without the approval of retired President Kenyatta who will be the Azimio Council Chair.

8. A retired President Kenyatta will summon a sitting President to meetings and be able to overule him, on policy matters, if Azimio is elected.

9. A retired President Kenyatta, will vet every Security Sector Appointment including Military and Police pics made by an elected Azimio President

10. Only a retired President Kenyatta or his deputy Murathe can call an Azimio NDC.

The Party Leader - Raila Odinga, even if elected President, cannot change anything and remains a PUPPET who can be called from National duties to sit in meetings as a member under the chairmanship of a retired President Kenyatta and in his absence the sitting President will be answering to the wonna-be - Kenyatta - David Murathe.

11. Away from the Agreeement, Azimio has engaged a new push to convince affiliated parties to agree on a single Candidate for Mombasa, Kakamega, Busia and Bungoma counties citing an increased possibility of losing the seats.

It is so DECLASSIFIED!

The constitution that has been ignored for the last five years? Haven't you learnt any thing?
I am asking the same thing. The number of things that have been declared null and void are just piling up. From CAS to NMS. Also what is in fact a private citizen running matters of state, meeting oil marketers, and using military choppers without any authority whatsoever appointed or elective.

By the way what happens if one of the 55 indipendent presidential hopefuls dies before the elections?

The 2010 Constitution, in recognising this possibility, lists in Article 38(8)(b) death of a candidate for election as President or Deputy President on or before the scheduled election date as one of the reasons that would lead to cancellation of the presidential election.

The second situation that can lead to cancellation of an already planned presidential election is when no person is nominated as a candidate at the expiry of the period set for the delivery of nominations. This is already out of question as we have more than enough presidential candidates as at now.

The third and the last situation that would lead to cancellation of the elections is when a candidate who would have been entitled to be declared elected as President dies before being declared elected as President.

Once the already planned presidential election is cancelled due to one or more of the three circumstances, a new presidential election shall be held within 60 days after the date set for the previous presidential election, so states the Constitution.

Other electoral offices

This is means that in the case of Kenya’s elections, the other electoral offices shall not be affected by the cancellation of the presidential elections.

Since the Constitution recognises the incumbent until such a time a new president is sworn in, he/she remains in office until a new president is sworn in.

Within seven days after the presidential election, the chairperson of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) shall then declare the result of the election; and deliver a written notification of the result to the Chief Justice and the incumbent President.

If both the persons declared elected as the President and the Deputy President die before assuming office, then the Speaker of the National Assembly shall act as President from the date on which the President-elect would otherwise have been sworn-in.

A fresh presidential election shall be conducted within 60 days after the second death.

However, if a President-elect dies after being declared elected as President, but before assuming office, the Deputy President-elect shall be sworn in as acting President on the date on which the President-elect would otherwise have been sworn-in

Fresh election

A fresh election to the Office of the President shall be held within 60 days after the death of the President-elect.

If the Deputy President-elect dies before assuming office, the office of the Deputy President shall be declared vacant on the assumption of office by the person declared elected as the President.

The easiest way to presidency though, as it was in the previous constitutions, is a case where only one candidate for President is nominated. In that case that candidate shall be declared elected.

You know this is hogwash and can never happen. Read the constitution that you voted for.
wewe unajaribu kusema nini? remember jakuon is vying through assmio party. the chairman is gatheca. if babu goes against the chairman, he will be thrown out of the party, which means he is already impeached. Therefore, he must stick to what the chairman says.
