Recurrent expenditure already accounts for more than 55% of our budget.
Counties are supposed to get 35%.
Jameni, we are at a time when we borrow more loans to pay the existing loans and salaries as well. 5 more yrs of plunder and Jubilee nonsense will sink this country

We are interested in One man, One shilling, one vote. Hii mambo ya kusema draught or bandit attacks is a diversion meant to silence people. Watu wapewe uhuru wa kujieleza in a free and fair refurendum.
