I think the hustlers and kafment apologists can all agree that there is no way that DP's money all came from legitimate business. He has been in politics since Moi and he has taken the opportunity to steal money and build a financial warchest for his presidential bid.

On the other hand, the chief chicken seller has been the go to symbol for corruption. When something goes missing in kafment, it is either Ruto or Ruto's people. That is something I have always found to be quite suspect.

The ridiculousness of it all was exposed when Murathe tried to tie the weight of the Kemsa scandal around Ruto's neck when he was clearly sidelined from government by Uhuru.

Arror & Kimwarer was another one. Probably then biggest scandal to sink Ruto's ship. It was very convinient. The project was to be in his own back yard, a Kalenjin was holding the treasury purse strings, so surely it had to be Ruto siphoning from the deal. It makes it worse that he is at the forefront saying money wasn't lost same as for NYS.

Some time later DPP clears the DP and now charges are being dropped against other accused. What aren't we being told.

 
Aren't you clutching at straws? Why don't you bring the full report about the six whose charges are to be dropped and why instead of trying to use the dropping the charges to discredit the whole case? Where is the evidence that the President was involved?

How about you relax.

The fact that goal posts are changing every other day tell you the case is headed nowhere. How difficult is it really? Are there no agreement docs with signatures appended? Did the money vanish into the void or were billions transacted OTC?

Simple answer is, there is no political goodwill to resolve this scandal. Protectionism! Na bado KEMSA.

I have noted you have avoided the part where I have asked for the report about the six whose case was dropped and why. If I recall, this is a case that had roped in even some procurement officers and board members at KVDA. The group was too large for an eating party and that is why I would want to hear why their charges are dropped? Have they turned state witnesses/plea bargained?
