Franklin Akoko Onyango allegedly masqueraded as an engineer before being given the KSh 8.1 million tender.

Upon finishing the job, the employer realised the poor workmanship in the project and decided to follow up on his qualification.

He was found to have forged his Engineers Board of Kenya Certificate of good conduct and the National construction Authority Certificate.

Mediocre Kenyans we are forced to share the country with. They praise stupid things , how can a country move forward with thousands like them !
