IApart from declining to appoint the judges,Kenyatta should have acted further on the info that was obviously in his possession regarding the conduct of the judges.
They will talk about establishing tribunals to investigate the conduct of judges who we already know are not clean. Sonko's exposés already done 50% of the work...
