It seems like Toyota had a solid strategy for the electric vehicle market all along; let others do the donkey work of establishing the market, then come in later and overwhelm them with financial muscle, experience, and variety.

Si Konyagz alisema 500,000 houses..... Ziko wapi?
Jana naona Hinga's ministry and some private developers got into an agreement for a Public-Private Partnership for housing by way of incentives. Hiyo ni kitu poa but a bit late. The likes of Greatwall have done a great job. Keja poa sana and affordable. The advantage of doing things en-masse.
Hao Chinese even paid for a year-long full paid ad kwa gazeti and got a discount for it. Thought the house are shady till I visited someone and ziko solid

I sense danger every time I see these words together: local developers and Public-Private Partnerships. It is almost impossible to find a local developer who will settle for normal returns. If you find a local party taking part in PPP's, you can be certain the deal has been unfairly skewed to suit them. That Greatwall has succeeded is proof enough that housing projects can be successful and affordable without the need for government interventions.
